West Virginia governor reveals platter of bull dung to slam state budget

West Virginia Gov. Jim Justice (D) delivered his budget veto with a side of bull dung Thursday to hammer home his accusation that state lawmakers were playing politics with the $4.1 billion budget.
Addressing the media in the state capitol, Justice unveiled a series of props as he built up to his announcement.
"We don't have a nothing-burger today, and we don't have a mayonnaise sandwich," he said, revealing platters symbolizing each item.
