Key witness links high army officials to extrajudicial killings: Report .

A key witness has implicated two high-level Colombian army officials in cases of extrajudicial executions committed by the armed forces, W Radio reported Tuesday.

Apart from the two top officials, the anonymous witness implicated several lower-ranking members of the army in the killings.

False positives was a term coined for the execution of civilians who were then dressed up by the army as guerrillas and presented as combat kills, to artificially boost military success rates.

The Prosecutor General's Office said in June 2011 that some 2,000 Colombian civilians had been extrajudicially executed by members of the security forces.

We've given the Colombians about $7 billion in counter-narcotics aid that morphed into counter-terrorism aid after 911. The long-standing peasant army of the FARC then became "terrorists."

should also be as equally outraged by Obama's "kill list",
which amounts to the same thing. just sayin'
