Death of NY Judge Found in Hudson River Is 'Suspicious,' Police Say

Source: NBC NY

The NYPD said Tuesday that the death of a New York judge whose body was found in the Hudson River earlier this month is "suspicious."

Justice Sheila Abdus-Salaam — the first black woman appointed to New York State's highest court, and the first Muslim woman to serve as a U.S. judge — was found dead in the Hudson River near Manhattan last Wednesday.

Her body showed no obvious signs of trauma, and police declined to speculate on the cause of her death.

NYPD spokesman Stephen Davis said “we’re looking it at as a suspicious death at this point,” according to a report in The New York Post.

One would think that this phrase should be familiar to the NYC PD detective creating the flier.

I want to know what Trump's alibi is at the time she went missing. I wouldn't put Anything past that pathological lying, racist anti-Semite. If he didn't kill her, he certainly might have had her killed, or inspired one of his followers to do it For him. Nothing is beneath him. Or his pal Putin.

What tipped 'em off that maybe there was something not quite right about this picture? Doesn't every judge end up dead in the river?

SMDH at this one. It took a mighty long time for the lightbulb to turn on. The fact that they found that poor woman in the river and it took this long for somebody to say it is suspicious all by itself. I feel bad for her family and friends. I can't imagine their confidence in the investigation is too high by this point.
