At least 123 people were killed when a lorry transporting oil burst into flames near the Pakistani city of Ahmedpur East, local officials say.
A crowd had gathered reportedly to collect fuel leaking from the overturned vehicle when it caught fire. Dozens are being treated in hospital.
Unconfirmed reports suggest the tanker had been speeding when it overturned.
People smoking at the scene may have sparked the fire, Pakistan's Geo TV reports, quoting eyewitnesses.

The death toll from a lorry fire in Pakistan last week has risen sharply, with more than 200 people killed.
The tanker carrying fuel burst into flames near Ahmedpur East on 25 June.
Villagers had gathered, reportedly to collect fuel leaking from the crashed tanker, when it caught fire. Dozens are being treated in hospital.
The death toll in the hours after the fire hit 150, but local officials now say it is at least 206, after more victims died in hospital.

(35,293 posts)Fuel is leaking from some source, so people bring any container they can find. Free gasoline, kerosene, whatever. A crowd forms.
Then something ignites the fuel. A few seconds later the tanker's fully involved in flame, moments later it explodes.
This happens in Nigeria once or twice a year with "leaky" pipelines. Sometimes the leaks are intentional.
