WH: Trump To Give 'A Million Dollars Of Personal Money' To Harvey Relief Aid

Source: Talking Points Memo

By ESME CRIBB Published AUGUST 31, 2017 3:52 PM

White House press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders on Thursday said President Donald Trump pledged “a million dollars of personal money” to Hurricane Harvey relief aid.

“He would like to join in the efforts that a lot of the people that we’ve seen across this country do and he’s pledging a million dollars of personal money to the fund,” Sanders said during her daily briefing.

She said Trump asked her to take “suggestions” from reporters in the briefing room about “the groups and organizations that are best and most effective in helping and providing aid.”

“But as I said, he’ll pledge proudly a million dollars of his own personal money to help the people of both Texas and Louisiana,” Sanders said.

Interest you pay thats listed as a deduction doesnt specify WHO the debt is owed to. Neither are partners. Very little of what everyone is looking for would be in his tax returns.

Free or discounted use of his resort facilities for meetings or conventions for the related charity. In some cases I believe investigators found the rates claimed were inflated for the event so he could deduct more.

In this case, he'll give the disaster survivors a 10% discount on 9-hole greens fees at his New Jersey golf course, up to 1-mil. total. Good on rain days only with transportation, food and lodging not included. Offer expires in 30 days!

While Americans are forking over taxpayer money to keep his grifter family employed and extra security costs that have already gone over budget, not to mention his every weekend vacations, he's already received more than a million dollars he wasn't entitled to.

Plus, he's all talk. There will be no personal money from him.
