Source: Mediate

In light of Donald Trump‘s most recent slams against the press, Nebraska Republican Senator Ben Sasse wants to know if the president is going back on his vow to uphold the First Amendment.

Sasse was referencing the Oath of Office, which involves the president’s promise to “preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.”

The senator’s remarks came after Trump jabbed at NBC over their Wednesday report on how the president supposedly wants to drastically increase the American nuclear stockpile. Trump started his Presidency by lying before God with his hand on the Bible.

"I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States."

The entirety of the GOP elected officials need to be out there and challenging Drumpf's ass. They need to realize that he doesn't give a shit about them or anything held sacred for this country. He only cares about himself.
