Chad withdrew their protective forces from Niger precisely because Chad was placed on Trump's Travel Ban list. Also, EXXON (Sec of State's Tillerson's former employer) has refused to pay taxes to the government of Chad...

If, since the body was found a mile from the other service members, he might have possibly been beheaded.
It was an ISIS operation. Just wondering.
