Rep. Debbie Dingell (D-Mich.) said Tuesday that in the day after she shared the accounts of her experiences with sexual harassment, 50 other other women reached out to her in response.
"By Saturday, 50 women had reached out to me or called me," Dingell said on CNN's "New Day." "A 21-year-old woman hugged me at an event Friday night and said 'I'm that waitress you spoke for.'"
Dingell recalled her experiences with sexual harassment on "New Day" on Friday, recounting how she had been groped by a "prominent historical person" in the 1980s.
Her account came as a growing number of prominent men in politics, business, media and beyond face allegations of sexual misconduct. Some lawmakers, including Dingell, have called on Congress to crackdown on such behavior.

(6,033 posts)... hearing from a member of congress about her own experience.
I posted a few days back that if a member of Congress is scared to speak out someone who is in a position of power I more than understand why victims don't come forward until years later.

Protecting our country from this flagrant madman is worth so much more than any hush-money.
Perhaps if one of these wealthy anti-tRump persons would offere legal help , and compensation something could happen.
