Steve Bannon to Step Down From Breitbart Post

Source: New York Times

WASHINGTON — Stephen K. Bannon is stepping down from his post as executive chairman of Breitbart News, the company will announce on Tuesday.

Mr. Bannon’s departure, which was forced by a onetime financial patron, Rebekah Mercer, comes as Mr. Bannon remained unable to quell the furor over remarks attributed to him in a new book in which he questions President Trump’s mental fitness and disparages his elder son, Donald Trump Jr.

Mercers were big funders of Breitbart and supported Bannon's insertion into the Dump's inner circle.

And lurking in the mid-ground is a bear.

I'd hate to see frog on frog violence. And it will get all the creep nazis and official repugs in one basket. Easier to keep track of, denounce, indict, and target.

I'd still watch Bannon's failing endeavors. Not personally, just look out for news of what he's up to. Maybe there's no real fight between him, Mercers, and dRump. They might be play acting to attain their dream of a glorious reich.

Wonder if dRump can dump Flynn, and keep his bircher intel underlings? Can Mercer knock out bannon, and keep all bannon scumbags' loyalty? Can dRump and Mercer still play to the base while appearing to side with establishment g.o.p.?

What I believe I said was that seeing how Trump trounced and humiliated and destroyed a powerful foe (previously a bff), this may cause other Republicans to rally 'round Trump even more than they do now. Out of fear.

But FIRST they let him humiliate himself by apologizing. (I'm not smiling. Really I'm not.....Okay, I am. )

There could possibly be more chapters for him down the road, though without Dump's cult of personality disorder, hopefully Bannon's brand of politics wouldn't play nationally again.

Some of it goes back to before Trump was inaugurated. The rest was from the early months of 2016.
I'm sure Bannon wishes he could take those words back - now. But it's too late, damage is done.

Now he has to write his own book and tell the rest of the story. He knows how crazy Trump REALLY is.

To continue what he's now started and write books and provide inside dirt on Trump and right wing politics, which would sell to people who hate his politics. It would be hilarious if he ended up as a commentator on MSNBC, like Pat Buchanan did.
