Graham: 'Blaming the Democrats is not going to work'

Republican Senator Lindsey Graham (S.C.) on the third day of the government shutdown called on Democrats and Republicans to stop playing the blame game.

"Blaming one party over the other in a shutdown never works," Graham told reporters on Capitol Hill.
He also said President Trump should encourage Congress to come together instead of running negative adds that will interfere with negotiations.

The Senate is expected to vote at noon on Monday on a bill to fund the government for another three weeks.
