AP Exclusive: Kushner Cos. filed false documents with NYC

NEW YORK (AP) — When the Kushner Cos. bought three apartment buildings in a gentrifying neighborhood of Queens in 2015, most of the tenants were protected by special rules that prevent developers from pushing them out, raising rents and turning a tidy profit.
But that’s exactly what the company then run by Jared Kushner did, and with remarkable speed. Two years later, it sold all three buildings for $60 million, nearly 50 percent more than it paid.
Now a clue has emerged as to how President Donald Trump’s son-in-law’s firm was able to move so fast: The Kushner Cos. routinely filed false paperwork with the city declaring it had zero rent-regulated tenants in dozens of buildings it owned across the city when, in fact, it had hundreds.
While none of the documents during a three-year period when Kushner was CEO bore his personal signature, they provide a window into the ethics of the business empire he ran before he went on to become one of the most trusted advisers to the president of the United States.

marry her father. Another real estate crook. But, doesn't the city have a database of rent-controlled properties to cross-check against permit applications? If not, obviously they need to.
The only aspect of dump voters I care about is that I want at least some to realize the horror of what they have inflicted on this country. Just like the Good Germans were complicit in the Holocaust. Might take awhile, but some of them will get there. Especially the casual ones who just figured he was better than HRC and how bad could it be anyway?
Well, now they are seeing how bad.

Hitler, says Goetz Aly, was a "feel good dictator," a leader who not only made Germans feel important, but also made sure they were well cared-for by the state.
To do so, he gave them huge tax breaks and introduced social benefits that even today anchor the society. He also ensured that even in the last days of the war not a single German went hungry. Despite near-constant warfare, never once during his 12 years in power did Hitler raise taxes for working class people. He also -- in great contrast to World War I -- particularly pampered soldiers and their families, offering them more than double the salaries and benefits that American and British families received. As such, most Germans saw Nazism as a "warm-hearted" protector, says Aly, author of the new book "Hitler's People's State: Robbery, Racial War and National Socialism" and currently a guest lecturer at the University of Frankfurt. They were only too happy to overlook the Third Reich's unsavory, murderous side.

If this is totally provable in court, Jarad is guilty. I guess we are talking about many lies on forms..not one or two. I think you are correct...illegal to lie on those forms....over and over and over......lies on forms..like lying on your income tax...that is also illegal. Ain't it???????.....................
