'Anonymous' hacks group leading boycott of Muslim show

'Anonymous' hacks group leading boycott of Muslim show

A little known Christian group that's been leading a boycott of a reality television show about American Muslims saw their website hacked and defaced last night by an unknown person claiming to be part of the hacker activist group “Anonymous”.

The hacker said they had obtained all of the Florida Family Association's (FFA) donor information, including credit card numbers, but weren't releasing them because it would hurt members of the 99 percent.

The hacker also said that a further investigation was underway into the group's supporters, threatening, “f I find information such as anyone being a part of other hate groups such as the Klan or anything similar all bets are off for those people.”

The FFA has come to infamy in recent weeks after home supply store Lowes decided to join their boycott, pulling advertisements from a show called “All-American Muslim”, which showcases the lives of Americans who follow Islam.

Just noticed that the PressTV story claims that the FFA is an 'extremist evangelical political group posing as Christians.' So what are they then, crypto-Buddhists? They aren't posing as Christians, they are Christians. Their brand of the faith is extreme and not representative of most Christians, but they're still Christians. Major religions are big tents.

Not the same as being Christian in pratice...so to some they could be described as posing as Christians.

My definition of a Christian is somebody who believes in God and has accepted Jesus as their savior. I'll bet most FFA members fit that definition. Others may have a different definition.

Though you have to wonder if PressTV would say that extremist Hizbollah terrorists are 'posing as Muslims.' Actually, you don't have to wonder. They would never say that.

As much as I disagree with FFA's boycott, I have no problem at all with them exercising their free speech rights. I may not like it, but so the hell what? Two thumbs down for Anonymous on this one.

Christian are good God loving people.Good Godly American Christians love everybobdy, and dont have one racist bone in their bodies, and they are extremely tolerant of all Humans.
They welcome immigrants with open arms, and they are proud of the fact that President Obama is also A christian family man.
American christians think Palestinians are also Gods children, just like Jews and any of us are,and that Palestinians deserve the same rights as anyone else, like the right to their own independence and their own state, and their right to return home.
Ooops, that was a good dream, now back to reality.
Many Chrisitians on the right are the biggest Hypocrits, and some of the worse racist, hatefull and Intollerant people in America, even in my own Chrsitian family, and thats the truth.I have had over 60 years experience to prove that, and we can see a shining n example here with Loews pulling their adds, but these same Chrisitans constantly scream and cry how they are being persecuted, prosecuted, and magrinalized in America, what they want is to totally control America to turn it into the a Christian version of the Muslim a fundamentlist state
