Adam Schiff Rips Pence: He’s ‘Brought His Sycophancy to a Whole New Level’ With Call to End Mueller Probe

by Joe DePaolo | 9:53 am, May 10th, 2018

Vice President Mike Pence‘s call for special counsel Robert Mueller to “wrap up” his investigation has already generated some intense criticism on cable news. Now, one of the nation’s most influential Congressmen is weighing in — and his take is equally scalding.

In a Thursday morning Tweet, Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA) slammed the vice president for his comments on the Mueller probe.

Schiff, of course, has been a key player in the Russia investigation as the ranking minority member on the House Intelligence Committee. That body recently concluded its work, and did so prematurely in the opinion of Schiff — who called the shutdown of the House probe a “tragic milestone.”

If a dem had done a fraction of what the Con has done we would be deep in impeachment already. How long did Bengazi go on? Fucking bunch of "superior" rich white men, who can dish it out, but can't take it.

Starting with Whitewater, through Lewinski, and impeachment? A few years.

I post from time to time on a conservative forum, but I really like to point out that Mueller is a republican, appointed by a republican, to investigate a Republican.

Whenever I mention Muellers name I like to do so with a (R) next to his name, like the press does when you read articles about politicians. I really like to rub in the fact that this isn’t an investigation run by democrats. I think right leaning people appreciate my little reminder!

their crazy plan to stop the investigation before they are all indicted. With Pence now joining the tap dancing chorus line, it's time to ask what is he trying to hide and how deeply is he involved in Trump's corrupt activities? What might Mueller already have on Pence that makes him so eager to get him off the case and shut down the investigation.

Is there already an indictment with Pence's name on it sitting on Mueller's desk?

it's impossible to have a great choice to hope for. At this moment, the order of succession is:

Vice President Mike Pence
Speaker of the House Paul Ryan
Senate President Pro Tempore Orrin Hatch
Secretary of State Rex Tillerson
Secretary of the Treasury Steven Mnuchin

Hobson's Choice to the 5th power.

Supposedly Holier than anyone but sees no problem carrying water for people like Drumpf and racist Sheriffs. Plus anyone calling his wife “Mother” is strange in my book.
