Pissed Off Mom Confronts Scott Pruitt at Washington Restaurant About His Many Misdeeds

Kristin Mink was having lunch with her toddler in Washington, D.C., when she noticed who was sitting three tables over: EPA Administrator Scott Pruitt.
In a video posted to her Facebook account, Mink walks up to Pruitt and an unidentified companion and confronts him over his record of environmental deregulation and open corruption. According to Mink’s video, the confrontation occurred at Teaism in downtown Washington on Monday.
“Hi, I just wanted to urge you to resign because of what you’re doing to the environment and our country,” Mink says. “This is my son. He loves animals. He loves clean air. He loves clean water. Meanwhile, you’re slashing strong fuel standards for cars and trucks, for the benefit of big corporations.”
Pruitt’s smile turns to a frown as Mink speaks, and he glances nervously to the man sitting across from him.

In case anyone is not, the reason Pruitt flies first class is that he was constantly having to deal with citizens telling him how much they hate his policies and how he runs the department. So, of course, the logical thing to do in Pruitt-world is to charge the taxpayer by going first class so he doesn't have to deal with the thoughts of citizens.

She spoke with authority and confidence. She had eye contact. She gave thought to what she was going to say before she went to his table, as she had a few bullet points to which to refer. I loved the last line, which was resign before your scandals push you out.
Given the same situation, I would do the same thing. I have long thought we need to make real "no justice no peace." Never a day of peace for these hypocrites who brazenly steal from us. I would gladly take any one of them on.
Yes, I'm angry, but I would not let it show if I had this opportunity. This woman is a role model. She has credibility for delivering her points calmly. Pruitt just sat there and took it, and the part about him running away is really funny. That's what bullies do, you know! Run. Their biggest fear is a confrontation like this. Now Pruitt will be seen as an ass who can't stand up for himself and who ran away from a Mommy and a 2-year old.
