Source: The Hill
A top National Security Council (NSC) official was forced to leave the group on Thursday, the most recent departure since national security adviser John Bolton joined the administration earlier this year, Politico reports.
Jennifer Arangio, a senior director in the NSC who worked with global groups, was escorted off White House premises and told that she was no longer needed in the administration, according to Politico.
An NSC spokesman told the newspaper that the group doesnt comment on personnel issues, and Arangio didnt return the publications request for comment.
A former White House official told the outlet that Arangio is fiercely loyal to President Trump, but that she clashed with White House aide Stephen Miller.

Jennifer Arangio, a senior director at the White House National Security Council for International Organizations and Alliances, left after months of open disagreements with officials who support slashing refugee admissions, including White House senior policy advisor Stephen Miller and Department of Justice official Gene Hamilton, said the officials, who spoke on condition of anonymity.
The sources said Arangio was escorted from the White House. It was not clear if her departure was directly linked to her views on refugee admissions.
Arangio received support from senior National Security Council (NSC) leadership when it was led by H.R. McMaster, one of the officials said. John Bolton, who took over as national security adviser in April, has expressed skepticism about some U.S. refugee admissions, especially from Syria.

Don't know what he has to do with NSC. I thought he spends most of his time rewriting the Nuremberg Laws.
