Trump rages at social media and the 'sick behavior' of CNN and MSNBC in early morning Twitter rant

Source: RawStory

TOM BOGGIONI
18 AUG 2018 AT 07:49 ET

As is his custom, President Donald Trump was up early in the morning and lashing out on Twitter at his perceived foes.

On Saturday, he used Twitter to complain that “social media” is discriminating again conservative voices.

“Social Media is totally discriminating against Republican/Conservative voices. Speaking loudly and clearly for the Trump Administration, we won’t let that happen. They are closing down the opinions of many people on the RIGHT, while at the same time doing nothing to others,” he wrote.

He added, “Censorship is a very dangerous thing & absolutely impossible to police. If you are weeding out Fake News, there is nothing so Fake as CNN & MSNBC, & yet I do not ask that their sick behavior be removed. I get used to it and watch with a grain of salt, or don’t watch at all,” before concluding, “Too many voices are being destroyed, some good & some bad, and that cannot be allowed to happen. Who is making the choices, because I can already tell you that too many mistakes are being made. Let everybody participate, good & bad, and we will all just have to figure it out!”

Until I see otherwise, there is no indication that they will ever defend the country.

They might have a line. Or they might be in it so deep that they will go for broke. Even if it leads to another civil war. All they need are a few bad men in the military like Kelly. And their armed to the teeth militia of deplorables.

However, I can't imagine him not firing Sessions then Mueller if any one of the family members is indicted. I also can't imagine that repugs would all of a sudden totally change their tact and stand up for the rule of law instead of the rule of Russia. That's when things will get really bad and we can look for a trumpian Reichstagg Fire and a state of emergency and the constitution being suspended.

unlike the rotting word salad that usually spews from his mouth and tiny little fingers.

Donnie Two Scoops' tweets are the rants of an old man trying to hang on to the last vestiges of his sanity --and failing.

When Trump tweets about just gritting his teeth and bearing the lies he's hearing from the Fake News, I was thinking of when he threatened to take away NBC's broadcast license because of critical stories they had run about his behavior.

speech by the government. It prohibits the government from depriving us of the right to free speech. The First Amendment does not prohibit private parties such as an employer or the management or owner of a website from depriving us of free speech.

Trump is a public official. It is my understanding that he should not be able to silence Americans or deprive them of their right to free speech because he represents and is employed by the government. But the owners of Twitter or Democratic Underground are private citizens and therefore can silence someone who posts on their websites.

That is my understanding.

In some other countries like Germany, the national constitution or laws protect citizens' right to free speech even from, for example, employers. Our Constitution does not do that.

Does he ever ask himself "maybe there's something wrong about me"? Did so many good people just come to detest him just because they woke up one morning and felt angry so they told themselves, "Well, I feel rotten. It's probably because of Trump." And now it's not just the fake news of msm but also social media who are "sick". Does he ever ask himself "maybe I'm the one who's angry and sick."

And why do we think this personal diary of a deranged man in total collapse is even worth paying attention to? Oh, yeah, he's President of the United States.
