McCain requested Obama and George W. Bush deliver eulogies at funeral

Source: CBS News

John McCain requested that former Presidents Barack Obama and George W. Bush deliver eulogies at his funeral, CBS News has confirmed. McCain, who had been suffering from an aggressive form of brain cancer, died Saturday at the age of 81 at home in Arizona.

Former Vice President Joe Biden will speak at a separate service honoring the senator in Arizona.

The details about funeral services are still unclear. In September 2017, McCain told Lesley Stahl on "60 Minutes" that he wanted a service at the Naval Academy.

"I want-- I want-- when I leave, that the ceremony is at the Naval Academy. And we just have a couple of people that stand up and say, 'This guy, he served his country,'" McCain said.

and he'd have gotten heckled and boo'd off the stage.

I wonder what kind of public poo-flinging he'll engage in to get people talking about MEEEEE again.

I wonder how his pack of ignorant hyenas will digest this rebuke by a man who sacrificed so much for his nation. A man who is regarded by his supporters and opposition as a man of honor. A man who stands as a striking contrast to the present occupant of the presidency and whose message at his concession to Obama was a call for unity and fellowship of all Americans.

He remained true to the motto that was adopted by framers of the constitution that put forth the essential principle that we are to be a nation of many contrasting views, but we foremost we are bound with the sworn oath of Out of Many One ( E pluribus unum). It is this very essential concept that is under vicious attack by the hate mongers whose only goal is to set citizen against citizen striking like a snake at the their foundation of our country. It is not an exaggeration that this nation's very survival is dependent on this concept. A concept that is under vicious attack daily by peddlers of hatred and division who are mimicking the tactics of the worst tyrants venue to power. Divide and conquer. Just a Jesus warned in Matthew 25 “Every kingdom divided against itself is brought to desolation, and every city or house divided against itself cannot stand.." I find it ironic that the very people who claim so loudly to be His holier than thou followers are the very ones who are a living contradictions of his teaching.

That an honorable U.S. Senator, Former Presidential Candidate, Vietnam War Vet, former POW, and retired decorated Naval Officer...

“disinvited”

by name, an illegitimated U.S. President who has shown no honor and is a un-indicted co-conspirator to crimes.

God Speed Senator McCain.

His campaign smeared McCain's family in 2000, saying their adopted child from Bangladesh was John McCain's bastard kid.

and don't forget, snubbing Trump was part of the fun for McCain. Inviting Obama is a metaphorical knife in Trump's black heart. His handlers must be working overtime to keep him from lashing out.

On the day of McCain's funeral, Trump will order some military strike, or do some big act like fire Sessions, or pardon Manaford, or some other manufactured news event that networks will feel compelled to cover over a funeral, no matter how well loved the deceased is.

I assume the Clintons will be there. And possibly Pres Carter. With Daddy Bush present in spirit, Trump is going to lose his shit thinking about being overshadowed by 5 former Presidents who are all more respected and popular than he will ever be.
