I am so exhausted by everything going on lately...between a government coup in the White House, the SCOTUS getting ready to host its most radical justice ever, the world aflame all around us and the constant drumbeat of mass shootings everywhere every few days...its too much.

I need the world to slow down or I need to check out for a bit...

I used to have an office right around the corner from there when I lived in Cincy.

Just looked at the photos to see if I recognized any of my old co-workers standing around. We're talking many years ago though.

as if this event is a problem just now needing attention in America.

(snip from link)

Mayor John Cranley praised the quick response from police and said he regretted Cincinnati had joined the growing list of American cities that have experienced mass shootings in the past year.

"There's something deeply sick at work here and we as a country need to work on it," Cranley said.

and the fascist conservative court system has anything to say about it, Mayor Cranley. This is why Trump and the GOP controlled Senate are setting records for getting fascist judges confirmed (after stalling on Obama's picks for years). They now control the court system and will continue to do so for a generation or more. Kiss any gun control measures goodbye for 50 years or so.
