UPDATE: Missouri GOP calls McCaskill's opposition to Kavanaugh 'slap in the face' to Missourians

Source: KCTV

The Missouri Republican Party issued a statement of its own, calling the decision a "complete slap in the face of Missourians."

"After months of refusing to give Missourians any indication on where she stood, Claire has finally made it clear that her allegiance belongs to Chuck Schumer and her West Coast donors rather than the people of Missouri," said Chris Nuelle, a spokesperson for the Missouri Republican Party. "Her intention to vote 'NO' on Judge Kavanaugh is a complete slap in the face of Missourians, and is further proof that she's more interested in obstructing President Trump than she is putting qualified nominees on the Supreme Court."

Missouri Attorney General Josh Hawley, the Republican nominee who is running against McCaskill, said she "comes home to the party" all the time.

"No surprise here," Hawley tweeted. (McCaskill) always comes home to the party line in the end. Now 0-6 on Supreme Court nominees. Hasn’t heard a thing voters told her. Just another Washington liberal."

In Trump's GOP, being against rape makes you a liberal extremist. To be a mainstream conservative, you have to be supportive of Roy Moore, Kavanaugh and Trump.

Also, you have to be fine refusing to hear witnesses that would corroborate a woman's allegations of sexual assault.

I had emailed her earlier and received the generic reply. I guess I will email Blunt again and post to his social media.

There is so much that can be said to counteract that GOP stupidity. I am looking forward to reading her response, and I hope it is very strong, one that uncovers their "party line" actions, their treasonous actions towards the country and the people, that she can describe line by line the consequences of a Kabanaugh on the Supreme Court and why the GOP's support for that guy is a tremendous slap in the face of Missouri and the country, about Kabanaugh's character, etc., etc.

She cannot remain quiet about this.

What's the difference? I was so surprised that they didn't stand by him. I guess that's different from standing by a her.

...apologize, or respond with some weak reply. He gave her an opening - take it!

1. McCaskill: "Yeah. I'm voting NO. YOU defend that bastard."

2. "...further proof that she's more interested in obstructing President Trump than she is putting qualified nominees on the Supreme Court."

Sure, Josh. Right back at ya': "Josh Hawley - more interested in protecting the serial adulterous woman abuser in the White House by putting another woman abuser on the Supreme Court."

For not separating kids from parents, single payer health care meaning Medicare for all. All the good things our nation has done was put forth buy liberals. McKaskill gave him the benefit of the doubt untill there was no longer any doubt. Kavanaugh is not fit for a lifetime appointment to the highest court in the land. He has perjured hinself twice and Grassly et al are refusing to submit his record at the WH under Bush and are trying to rush his appointment through. Mo GOP said nothing when republicans in senate refused to even consider Merrich Garland, Obama's pick for the SC refusing to do their job due to partisan prejudice. It was illegal, unheard of and unconstitutional. That was a real slap in the face for Missourians. Josh Harley does whatever he is told to do by his party. Missourians already know he's a hypocrite. Ask him if he is alright with a hand over the mouth of a 15y/o 'cause Trump is ok with grabbin by the p;''<y. This was a chance for Hawley to do the right thing and reject this pic or at least call for investigation.
SAVE THE PLANET, VOTE DEMOCRATIC.
