Cody Wilson, the owner of a company that distributes blueprints to produce 3D-printed guns, has reportedly been freed on bond following accusations of sexual assault involving an underage girl in Texas.
The Associated Press reported on Monday that Wilson was freed from the Harris County Jail on Sunday, just hours he was jailed after being accused of paying a 16-year-old girl $500 after the two had sex.
Wilson, who flew to Taiwan last week after learning he had been charged with sexual assault involving an underage girl, was arrested in Taiwan on Friday after his passport was annulled.
After Taiwanese authorities deported Wilson back to the United States, he was booked into jail on Sunday.

(156 posts)Rich privleage. The rich get to even have bond to pay after having fled. (Which they can afford) Then they get two or three month sentances tops.
Poor? You can't even flee most of the time, bond is beyond reach, and you get thrown in for life, into an institution where they're sure to spread around what you did to the inmates, so you are executed by inmate.
