Source: Politico

The move comes after a third accuser came forward.

The Senate Judiciary Committee plans to interview Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh about the third woman accusing him of sexual misconduct, according to correspondence obtained by POLITICO.

The chief counsel to the panel's Republican majority told lawyer Michael Avenatti on Wednesday afternoon that the committee plans to hold a follow-up interview with Kavanaugh later Wednesday. Avenatti's client, Julie Swetnick, alleged in an affidavit that she witnessed Kavanaugh's involvement in multiple episodes of misconduct.

It's not clear if that interview has already occurred.

Kavanaugh denied the claims to the committee when Avenatti made them anonymously earlier in the week, according to emails sent between the committee and Avenatti.

this Kavanah selection. Do recall reading stories about the Arkansas Project financed by Mellon Scaffe . Sure looks like a payback for his and other Rethug Lawyers at the time, taking down Hillary and Bill Clinton.

Recall a statement from Orin Hatch many a year ago, and it refereed to Nixon leaving office. Something to the likes of,well you took one of ours and now it's time to take one of yours, referring to Dem Presidential persons.

Is this what we are seeing? Knowing how Hatch operates, nothing will surprise. Ted Kennedy warned us about Hatch, even though they had a working arrangement, the guy is corrupt and can not be trusted.

Kavanaugh has about 12 hours to back out or face severe humiliation tomorrow.

Republicans can't have any more baggage going into the elections.

I wouldn't be surprised if this is called by the evening news.
