Trump hits back at Chief Justice Roberts

Source: The Hill

President Trump fired back at Chief Justice John Roberts on Wednesday after the leader of the Supreme Court rebuked the president over his criticism of "Obama judges."

"Sorry Chief Justice John Roberts, but you do indeed have “Obama judges,” and they have a much different point of view than the people who are charged with the safety of our country," the president tweeted Wednesday afternoon. "It would be great if the 9th Circuit was indeed an “independent judiciary,” Trump added.

Trump's tweet came after Roberts released an unprecedented statement criticizing the president earlier Wednesday, saying the U.S. doesn't have "Obama judges or Trump judges, Bush judges or Clinton judges.”

“What we have is an extraordinary group of dedicated judges doing their level best to do equal right to those appearing before them,” Roberts said in the statement.

Trump will not appoint a judge that he believes will judge things based on his honest interpretation of a specific law and the constitution. Trump is only appointing people who he believes will rule according to Trump's political beliefs. After we're rid of Trump, we're going to have to purge the judiciary of all Trump appointed judges.

...is that incompetents are incompetent.

In other words, I would not assume that he was necessarily skilled at appointing judges who are as pliant and unprincipled as he assumes them to be.

It's what I think of as the "redeeming factor" of incompetence. If it comes down to a battle of wits, the nitwits don't fare well.

It's much harder to play to one's strengths if one has none.

There are indeed Trump judges and then there's all the proper judges, just like there's right-wing media and the proper media, and flat-earth science and round-earth science. It's like he has a moral astigmatism, and anything not warped his way looks askew.

All along they've been saying Trump's "ace in the hole" would be that any legal problem Trump has would be judged in a friendly Supreme Court.

Now, he's insulted and disrespected the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court he may one day have to prove he's sane. No effin' way Roberts will cut him any slack, it will be 100% by-the-book as it should.

Idiot Trump.

Their oath says they will protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.

Since Trump is an ignoramus who doesn't know that fact, nor that he also took the same oath, he lives in a world where "L'état, c'est moi," and the sole purpose of any government agency is to protect him, Donald J. Trump.

Trump hopes to man the federal courts with lackeys and sycophants. Unfortunately for him, most judges take their responsibility seriously after they're safely confirmed. I can't wait for the first time Kavenaugh bites him in the ass.

Trump can outright steal a Supreme Court seat, stuffed it with someone what the very least is a liar, very possibly a rapist, and he is still unhappy, thinking this court goes too much to the left.

No matter how much cocaine you give a junkie, they will never get enough. What worries me is that Trump does sincerely reflect the thoughts, feelings and desires of a large part of the American population, which means that we can turn this country into something that makes "the handmaid's tale" look like Berkeley California, and they will still say "we have not gone far enough to the right!"

A president who ran on law and order refusing to be subpoenaed, calling DOJ senior officials names because they won't take orders to prosecute his enemies, and fires them and tries to prosecute them because they refused his demands, tries to prosecute his opposition because of politics, accuses judges because of their race are not ethical, accuses judges because they're not the same political party, wants the death penalty for people who've been proven innocent because of their race, and wants to obstruct an investigation of his crimes and treason, and now wants to claim judges aren't fair if they don't put him before the rule of law , or are a different party . This attack towards the judicial system is from a con man soon to be found guilty of his crimes lashing out because he thinks he's above the rule of law, and shows his contempt for it, and this country's system of justice, and the American people. If he's allowed to escape justice , and isn't held to a higher level than the American people, we are lost as a nation. Thank You Justice Roberts for speaking out.

Trump really doesn't have a clue. He is lost in his own mind. But the time will come they say...When he meets up with the truth. He and his gang are criminals, and the cop will get them all. Trump may not end up in the slammer, but the gang will. And Trump will be forced to resign....When? When it happens...

............... and Trump doesn't have a clue, not even a tiny one
