Trump keeps up Roberts exchange: 9th Circuit 'a complete & total disaster'

President Trump on Thursday continued to respond to a rebuke from Chief Justice John Roberts, saying the Supreme Court justice "can say what he wants" while defending his criticism of the federal judiciary following a ruling against his administration this week.

"Justice Roberts can say what he wants, but the 9th Circuit is a complete & total disaster," Trump wrote on Twitter, calling the San Francisco-based court of appeals "out of control." He also said "there will be only bedlam, chaos, injury and death" unless law enforcement can "DO THEIR JOB."

Trump issued the response after sending a pair of other tweets defending his response to Saudi Arabia this week over the murder of journalist Jamal Khashoggi and wishing a "HAPPY THANKSGIVING TO ALL!"

The president prompted a rebuke from the chief justice this week after he went after a federal judge in California who ruled against his administration's asylum policy. Trump dismissed to the U.S. district court judge who issued the ruling as "an Obama judge" while defending his administration's policy.

Roberts has been a judge since 2003, on the Supreme Court since 2005. Background in the law, and has written many important opinions.

I along with many on this board have post numerous times that the Republican Party has become a fascist criminal organization. It is intent on the destruction of the checks and balances of the three separate major division of government. Trump and his cadre of fascists are pursueing their objective of the discrediting the Congress and Judiciary along with the silencing of the free press. The last is imperative if they are to rule without objection. The silencing of the Fourth Estate is the prime target of every dictatorship. Trump is putting into action a plan that has been successfully blueprint for the strangulation of democracies. The dirty tricks of demagogues is as old as time its self and our country is ripe for the taking of a resurgence of nationalism. Millions of the citizens have felt that the have been left behind.

The fact is that working class has been losing ground for forty years. The world is in a major transition of increased automation without a plan for those who are being displaced. The opportunists have a perfect storm of ready recruits. They are perfect targets for a demagogue who uses the situation to exploit them with false promises and demonization of those who opposes them. It is a message that the situation requires extreme measures to correct the problems that were created by liberals who insist on the rule of law and freedom as paramount. Throw in a few mandatory scapegoats to divert the masses attention as they increase their hold on power. The rest of the play is a skate in the park. Trump is just a puppet whose strings are being pulled by the oligarchy who are intent of taking over control of the nation. It only remains to see if they are successful or will the opposition prevail. At this juncture I have to conclude that the fascists have the upper hand and much will depend how the Democrats, those die hard lovers of progressive ideas, will handle the situation. To succeed they are going need our unbending support.

Trump, is basically the executioner of democracy as his strings are pulled and controlled by others. Sadly, I still think many Americans are still woefully lacking in understanding what is going on. Many are still easily duped. ... but the past election demonstrates more are becoming aware of the sabotage of American democracy by the controllers.

What a joke. A sad and pathetic joke, if all of his voters feel like they have to physically attack their fellow Americans, or worse. These people also apparently support this idiotic person in not blaming the prince in Saudi Arabia who ordered a Wash. Post reporter killed, despite the evidence to the contrary.

Remember this folks...what is now remaining of the repug party is a bunch of thugs, losers, want to be TV stars, white supremacists, Nazi lovers, voter suppression thugs, and other haters of everything America truly stands for. I can't wait until 2020 gets here, to send these thugs a clear message that their hate isn't wanted here.

When 2019 gets here and our new democratically controlled house is installed, it's going to be sweet!
