4. Drug lords like him usually go to the Colorado Supermax.

home of Francisco Javier Arellano Felix and Osiel Cardenas Guillen.

23 hours a day in a solitary 7 x 12 foot concrete lined cell.

El Chapo, if convicted, would likely do time in 'Supermax’ prison (Reuters)

11. There is almost zero chance...

...that he WON'T be sent to ADX Florence because it's the closest thing to "escape-proof" as any prison on the planet. It's so restrictive that personally, I'd rather receive the death penalty than spend the rest of my life under the conditions imposed on prisoners of Guzman's stature there. There is virtually NO human contact - in fact, on most days, the only person prisoners ever see is the CO who delivers meals to their cell. The cell itself is a sound-proofed, 84 square feet box and everything in it except the toilet and shower is made of concrete. The "window" is a three-inch wide slit through which only filtered sunlight can be seen; surrounded by some of the most beautiful scenery in America, prisoners see none of it from their windows so as not to give them any directional perspective of where they are in the facility. The cell has two doors; the first is made of hardened bars and the second is a solid steel slab with a narrow slit through which the prisoner is unable to see any other cell. COs have a flap which covers their keys so prisoners are unable to see and memorize the pattern of the key's teeth. Television and reading material is provided ONLY after a prisoner has demonstrated his willingness to "comply' with all regulations and that takes a minimum of one year from intake.

It truly is the equivalent of being buried alive and at the very least borders on "cruel and inhuman" punishment but that's a discussion for another time and thread. As they say, don't do the crime if you can't do the time...

6. Can we use the same jury for Trump and his merry band of criminals?

I like the way they see facts and figure it out.

8. When are the trials starting

For the bankers who laundered all that drug money?

I mean, we can't deposit or withdraw 10K without government notification. How the hell did billions is drug money slip through the system?

On purpose. That's how. People will do absolutely anything when there are no consequences for their actions.

I swear to the FSM that I will dance naked in the street when I see that headline on my tv screen.
