Ohio Supreme Court says ballot summary for redistricting issue is inaccurate

COLUMBUS, Ohio -- The Ohio Supreme Court on Wednesday told the Ohio Ballot Board to come up with a new description of the redistricting reform proposal on the Nov. 6 ballot, saying the summary the board recently approved contains "material omissions and factual inaccuracies."

Voters First Ohio, the group behind the redistricting proposal, known as Issue 2, filed a lawsuit last month in the high court, alleging that the summary approved by the Republican-controlled board was misleading to voters.

in their race to the bottom. How corrupt, unethical, and slimy can you be on any one day? Ask John Husted, our vote-suppressing Secretary of State or any of the other vile chuckleheads whose only goal is to maintain power. Not one of them gives a damn about governing this state or caring for its people.

Misrepresenting an important ballot issue to the people of the state is just par for the course. Difference is that the Dems keep fighting back. The Rethugs just assumed we'd all roll over and play dead.
