U.S. Dept of Justice Report On The Investigation Into Russian Interference In 2016 Election Vol. I

Source: justice.gov

Complete title above:

US.Dept of Justice Report On The Investigation Into Russian Interference In 2016 Presidential Election Vol. I of II

The redacted report now sits on the justice.gov site for people to read.

It's PDF, so I don't think I can copy-paste any excerpts.

1. my, that is a LOT of black ink for a "lightly" redacted piece.

2. Yep. Glad you've seen it. Maya Wyley has laid out all the evidence for impeachment, as well.

It's up to the House Judiciary Committee of Congress, now, to either subpoena the FULL report or to proceed with impeachment proceedings.

That committee has still got access to the redacted information that the Intelligence Committee now has.

3. Eric Swalwell just called for Barr's resignation.

If he doesn't, he'll be subject to questioning from the Judiciary Committee and the Intelligence Committee.

4. Here is his tweet about that

TEXT
Rep. Eric Swalwell

@RepSwalwell

Russia attacked us. The #MuellerReport details a multiplicity of contacts b/w Russia & @realDonaldTrump’s team and that Trump & his team “materially impaired” the investigation. Yet, OUR Attorney General acts as Trump’s defense attorney. He can’t represent both. Barr must resign.

5. Good. It's in writing. No way Barr's gonna do it, though. Unless he gets subpoenaed by

Congress and put through the wringer of obstruction questions.

6. Well Barr has his Iran-Contra stonewalling and cover-up experience under his belt

so hopefully some historians among the congressional staff are cognizant of that.

11. OCR - is full readable version...

Optical Character Recognized, so you can copy and search for text in the report. Which the Department of Justice had not done for you - so I did.
