KEY POINTS

President Donald Trump says China is not buying agricultural products as it said it would.

The development could be a bad sign for efforts to reach an agreement to end a trade war between the world’s two largest economies.

China is not purchasing U.S. crops as the world’s two largest economies scramble to end their trade war, President Donald Trump said Thursday.

The president tweeted that Beijing “is letting us down” by not buying American agricultural products “that they said they would.” The development could bode poorly for efforts to reach a trade agreement, as U.S. officials have said they expect China to purchase crops as part of ongoing talks.

“Hopefully they will start soon!” Trump said.

Washington and Beijing have reengaged in trade talks in recent weeks after discussions collapsed in May. At the time a developing deal fell apart, Trump accused China of backing out of major commitments.

Our policies on trade with China should mirror the policies they have in place against the US, simple and fair.

The Accused Rapist once again projects. Well, get ready for a massive give away of Corn and Soybeans and a couple other Cereal Grains to come. Watch for this to go down in March April time frame. Look for some POS Executive Order and the end buyer will be China and we will be stuck with the freight.

This is not our first Rodeo for this to happen.

The trade war hasn’t been resolved. Why would China start buying more US agricultural products when those very products are being targeted to put pressure on Trump through the people who voted for him? Is Trump trying another market manipulation, which he does fairly often? I’m sure he tips off his billionaire friends so they can make millions off his ridiculous tweets.

Our grains, vegetables and fruit are laced with glyphosate and bromides.

For example, bread that does not turn moldy in a few days is not bread.

Why the hell would they buy more soy for now-empty hog farms? It will take years for them to rebuild their herds.

...and now it's all gone as China set-up all these factors with Brazil and other non-US sources of grains, feeds, produce, etc. to spite Trump for his stupid tariffs. He stated he thought they were gone forever.
