It is funny how fast foreign media reported on the story. On Twitter, even a Norwegian newspaper responded to O'Brien's Tweet. I really don't like Twitter, but for stories like this, it can be very helpful.

Just another day in America.

I hope all the victims recover.

Congress, (Rethugs) get your shit together and do something about the rampant firearm violence in this country.

Our gun supporters request absolute answers that will ‘prevent’ these occurrences of mass killings.

They don’t ask for gun control solutions/legislation that can decrease these occurrences.

Gotta be a complete solution.

There is no perfect solution but an improvement can be a reasonable goal.

Their solution is more killings as long as more guns can be sold.

any regulation gets "shot down" with reasons.

mass killings are just the way America works now, we all get to live with gun owner's dysfunctions.

when I realized the service was a wedding ...

which was, at least there's a chance that there'll be a jealousy motive and the shooting won't be blamed on crazed, violent liberals.

it may be related in some way, but the killer of the minister is likely still in custody.

At least I'd be shocked if they let a murder suspect with a long criminal history out on bail.

The wedding involved the foster father of the Pastor's murderer. The most seriously wounded was a Deacon of the church (Performing the wedding?)

Seriously, I’m surprised the are Pentecostal churches in New England.

Thought we in the south had the license on them.

Man charged in church shooting accused of assaulting lawyer

October 21, 2019

MANCHESTER, N.H. (AP) — A man charged with shooting a New Hampshire church pastor and bride during a wedding has been accused of assaulting his attorney during a jailhouse meeting.

Thirty-seven-year-old Dale Holloway, of Manchester, was expected to be in court for a bail hearing Tuesday. But it was postponed until he gets a new lawyer.

Capt. Gifford Hisco, chief of security at the Valley Street jail, says Holloway has been accused of assaulting his public defender Monday morning in a room for attorney-client meetings. Hisco says the attorney was taken to a hospital with head and face injuries.

The attorney general’s office said Manchester Police are investigating.

Holloway has pleaded not guilty to charges of attempted murder and assault in connection with an Oct. 12 shooting at New England Pentecostal Ministries in Pelham.
