An armed student allegedly confronted a school resource officer at a Wisconsin high school, leading to an officer-involved shooting, according to local police.

Both the student and officer were hurt and hospitalized after the Tuesday morning incident at Oshkosh West High School, the Oshkosh Police Department said.

Their conditions were not immediately known. It was also not clear what weapon the student had.

That's what this sounds like. Kid wanted the officer to shoot him.

2. Very similar to the one yesterday in Waukesha.

Only that one was shot and wounded by cops after pulling out his gun on them.

There was a kid with a gun also at another Waukesha high school, (the one shot was at Waukesha South, the other one was at Waukesha North,) but no shots were fired.

Looks like the student was wielding a knife, and may have been in a dispute with another student.

The student in Waukesha yesterday, used a pellet gun, that looked like a real gun.

Why not arm every single kid in school from grade two and up a 17 round Glock. Im sure that will solve the problem.

To a kid bringing a knife to school. Don't see how it would stop another from doing the same.
