Joe Biden has run for president three times, and yet until Saturday, he had failed to ever win a primary or caucus.

The 77-year-old former vice president has now gotten an expected but much-needed victory in the South Carolina primary, according to The Associated Press's projection.

relieved that at least 2 of the present candidates won't be an issue in 2024 because of their age and civility can be restored on DU when discussing politics.

Harris and Warren both support expansion, so if either one of them is his running mate (if he's the nominee, of course)....

We are allowing the story when it is called by the AP. This is based on the AP so it stays. It will be the same format for Super Tuesday.
