Trump, new legal guru meet at White House: report

Source: MSN

In the piece, Yoo said Chief Justice John Roberts's ruling "makes it easy for presidents to violate the law, but reversing such violations difficult" adding that the Administrative Procedure Act would need to be used to undo presidential actions.

Yoo told the Review-Journal that he spoke to Trump over the phone about his article and commented that the president "was really on top of things."

The president also promoted Yoo's new book "Defender in Chief: Donald Trump's Fight for Presidential Power" in a Saturday tweet. In the book, Yoo said he did not vote for Trump in the 2016 primary or general elections, saying he was worried Trump "would test, evade or even violate the Constitution," according to the newspaper.

"Boy, was I wrong," Yoo wrote. "Trump campaigns like a populist but governs like a constitutional conservative."

WTF does that even mean? We have a president who pushes every boundary he can find. What is conservative about that? Does that give him the right to simply disregard the SCOTUS as he is doing with DACA, the families separated at the border, his taxes, and who knows what else?

I recently heard one, a self described Libertarian, say that while Trump's demeanor was off putting he is a manger and his managerial performance won him this man's vote again. What? And ceaseless praise his groupies give him for the economy, to the point of parroting his claims the he inherited a bustling economy from Obama 'fake news'.

You see? Republican acts are irreversible, but Democratic ones are swiss cheese.

Double standard. As usual.

I'm having a hard time trying to find one Donnie Dipshit Cabinet Member, advisor or syncophant that does NOT deserve to go to jail for the rest of their miserable lives.

And I may be wrong, but I don't think there is ANY statute of limitation on War Crimes.

Maybe Joe Biden's DOJ could put Yoo in an unmarked van and drop him off in Felugia with a note attached to his lapel..."Torture Lawyer".

This is why America is so fucked up. You have 2 men that should have been in prison years ago... one is in the White House, and one is teaching Law at UC Berkeley.

WTF?
