March on parliament if Nato supply restored
ISLAMABAD - The speakers at a public gathering Sunday warned the government of serious consequences if it tried to reopen Nato supply routes and condemned its intention of granting most favoured nation (MFN) status to India. Thousands gathered here at Liaquat Bagh to participate in Difa-i-Pakistan Conference (DPC) organised by Jamaatud Dawa (JuD) under the aegis of the Difa-i-Pakistan Council an alliance of 40 religious and political parties.
The speakers warned that if Nato supplies were restored they would stage sit-ins from Peshawar to Chaman and will launch a march on parliament. They also demanded the government expel Husain Haqqani from the Prime Ministers House, declaring the former Pakistan envoy to the US as a central player of a plot against Pak Army and nuclear capability of the country.

Samiul Haq called upon the government to shun the policies of former dictator Gen (r) Pervaiz Mushrraf, saying these have made us slaves of the US. He said whole the nation wants peace in the country but no interference from the troika of evil India, Israel and the US in the countrys affairs would be tolerated. He said India being murderer of thousands of innocent Kashmiris was not liable to be granted MFN status.
