Now nutcase 'killing people' guy says he's 'assembled an army'

Source: www.dailykos.com

"Now, I don't condone anybody doing anything rash. I do not condone anybody committing any kind of felonies up to and including aggrivated assaults or murders. Unless its necessary.
Right now, it is not necessary. I understand that my video was very volatile. You have no idea how many people that sent me emails and texts and call me like 'Right on! My shit's clean. My bag is packed. You tell me when and where.' You have no idea how quickly I accidentally assembled an army. I assure you, a quite formidable army. But now is not the time. It's not time yet.
But, it is time to get ready!"

The FBI and the Secret Service and probably ATF and Homeland Security are most likely all monitoring this guy. And he's most likely all talk and will sh_t his pants when he gets a visit from one of these agencies. If not, we'll hear about him like we heard about Ruby Ridge. And we all know how that worked out.

Most of these guys live in a dream world and envision themselves as being rock solid and able to react heroically in high stress situations involving gun fire. This video was posted yesterday either here or on another site. It shows how most untrained and even allegedly trained individuals actual react under gunplay-involved stressful situations.

guy who alleges he smoked crack and had sex with then State Senator Obama, shot up with a gun, pictures of Michelle and the President. He then faxed them to the White House. The Secret Service came a calling, to this day he is monitored, even when he leaves whatever state he is in (he lives in FL). Last year he was stopped by the USSS after driving in front of the White House three times "while looking for a parking space."

A year ago he tried committing suicide in a WVa hotel, the Secret Service called the local Police, requesting the locals handle it.

I've been a member of two online groups, one observed the guy I just wrote about, refuting all of his claims, since 2007. The other is an Orly Taitz debunker site.

I watched the video all the way through and this should be played over and over again on mainstream tv.. I have told many of my gun loving friends that they have no formal training and to the last they all say I am an excellent shot. Do you remember the movie Glory and the scene where Matthew Broderick is teaching them to shoot and he basically breaks down the best shot in the group because he cannot fire and reload his rifle more than once a minute. These Rambo wanna be's have no idea how to act in a truly stressfull situation. I am more scared of the CCP carriers then I am of the bad guys because at least I know who the bad guy is and who he is trying to shoot. Scary thing is this prime time episode came out in April of 2010 and we were in the middle of the ACA vote and the rise of the Tea Party and nobody paid attention to it.

In these crazy times, though, when peaceful OWS protesters are manhandled, beaten, & arrested for simply standing up to unfairness, as opposed to teabaggers & gun fetishists getting the kid-glove treatment from the government, it's not easy to believe this would be done for the common good. The darker side of the government is benefiting some way from teabaggers & gun mania for them to have been given such leeway in creating chaos on society.

I do understand your skepticism and the history you mentioned. First, I'd like to say that not all agents are bad. Believe it or not there are some liberals but we need many more. Second, we need to keep a better eye on overly pushy, ambitious agents. The ones who glad hand a bit too much, push cases too hard when the evidence isn't quite there yet. I know them when I talk to them. It doesn't take long. They often rise to the top and then make embarrassing mistakes. Or simply spend inordinate amounts of time combing their hair (really) for photo ops with the same insincere smile on their faces. I'm talking about my last director here.

This particular case? The guy is saying this stuff too publicly. What you're talking about would have to be done secretly and covered up. And no agent would have had this loon go on YouTube and tell people to be ready to kill federal agents as soon as Obama passes an executive order about guns.

DevonRex

I can tell you that I would never, ever bend these rules even slightly. Ever. For any reason for anybody. if it were as simple as a drug deal I would call it entrapment, using a CI to make people do something they wouldn't normally do. That CI is to tell me what is going on, not to make something happen that never would have happened except for my direction. Period.

This person is actively inciting criminal activity. Assault, murder even. Against Federal, state, and perhaps local government law enforcement agents. Now, it really doesn't matter what the crime is. But, he is calling for it, inciting it in a very public forum in which he has many followers who actually do listen to what he says, and he actually does expect them to follow his lead. That's how he makes his living. He knows they follow his instructions because they buy his stuff.

A Federal agent cannot use an informant to incite murder against Federal agents. Do you understand now? A Federal agent will not use a CI to incite murder against Federal agents.

It was QUICKLY made illegal by Ronnie Reagan and his administration BECAUSE OF WHO WAS CARRYING. The reason there's no pushback from the government on this type of shit now is because it's white RWers are doing the carrying.

really, police SWAT teams are going to present quite an obstacle for this dude's fantasy. Woe to he, that angers a platoon of Iraq/Afghanistan veterans. his 'army' is a bunch of loser with fantasies. I fought battle hardened Iran-Iraq war veterans, and religious _zealots_. American soft white meat isnt going to be much a challenge.

if you understand what Im saying, you were probably there with me. If you dont understand, trust that these fucking wars were not a total loss. We actually have combat trained and experienced national guardsmen right now.

Fri Jan 11, 2013, 05:47 PM
Jan 2013

Guys like the asshole in that video and Alex Jones types* seem to be perpetually pissed off. It is almost like they simmer with the anger just below the surface at all times. Someone talks about something to do with their guns and they go off on rants that become more and more incoherent as they go along. The longer the rant, the less coherent and more violent it becomes. They seem to have extreme anger issues and extremely poor impulse control...and they have guns. Think about that for a second or two, if you can fathom it.

Whatever happened to "communicating threats" being against the law? So, Free Speech means people can just go around threatening anyone and everyone they damn well please like that with no repercussions at all? No damn wonder the country is going to hell in a hand basket.

*and Ted Nugent...he seems to never STFU with his disgusting, overly angry ranting and raving.

there has been an explosion of these crazy people; Yeager, Jones, the judge on TV: Someone is behind this, and I would guess the NRA is paying for this wave threats and fear. Someone, maybe Anonymous, someone who has the expertise, needs to look into where these nuts are getting their money, and when they get it. This cannot be tolerated. It is beyond the realm of reason.

Fri Jan 11, 2013, 06:34 PM

actually doing what he says he is going to do by a wide mile.

I bet he makes a million bucks off of this, sent to him by "angry" patriots. Like George Zimmerman made all that money on his website. Or Palin when she went off the rails with her comments, and made a bazillion dollars from the faithful, and bowed out of running to count her cash piles.

This is an epidemic in Amurika. And no, this guy is a perfect example of someone who is all talk but no do. I am not worried about him taking on the federal government, his pea shooters vs. our military might, not in the slightest. He is merely laughing his way to the bank daily, now that he has unleashed the mighty donation machine.

I don't have an issue with gun ownership. I do have an issue with morons like this, but they are self limiting, and self extinguishing. His threats are way too public and grandiose to give me much concern - he is just talking his book, and if his livelihood is being threatened by whatever he thinks is coming via new gun regs, it appears he has found a far quicker way to make up the income loss by donations. I am guessing he figures "problem solved" at this point, but he will need to keep yakking and stoking the fear machine ala Faux News style to keep the money rolling in.

I also have a vague memory of some parish, in LA?, doing the something along the same lines, ie raising a militia/protection/vigilante group that they were quite public about at the time. I think they held armed meetings, IIRC. It was the damned stupidest thing, but it seemed to make them feel useful, at first, then stupid shortly before they just disbanded the whole moronic vigilante thing.

But yeah... we've been catering to them for far too long, and bless their little hearts if they're afraid of a collective discourse about their sacred cows.

night and TN routinely revokes and suspends carry permits. The suspension is usually either for an felony arrest, or a domestic violence call. Typically if you're not convicted you get it back. With domestic violence it may be a little different. But there is clear precedent for carry permit revocations.

izing and saying her spoke harshly, etc. etc. sounded very authentic actually. But, what he said was, "let's use this opportunity to change the laws" and suggested everyone contact their elected officials. All of them, city, county, state, etc. And his attorney/my city councilman said "people who think like us" I wanted to hurl. James did say they were friends, but McLendon stopped just one step shy of endorsing him. Oh, and McLendon used the RWNJ words of "permission" for permit to carry. I wanted to vomit. I learned that recently. Those who subscribe to "cold dead hand" theory believe that having to get a permit is having to get permission and therefore not a right. You don't have to get permission for a constitutionally given right is their battle cry.
The point of the my rant being, I guess he's lawyered up for the permit hearing. I'll bet a bunch of money that the NRA will back this play. We'll have to see how this turns out.
