Over 10 million children 'work in slave-like conditions'

Source: BBC

Some 10.5 million children are believed to be working as domestic labourers worldwide, according to a new report.

The International Labour Organization (ILO) says that many work in conditions that are sometimes verging on slavery.

The report also says many are subjected to physical and sexual violence.

More than at any point in history. Most are used as sex workers, but they also are forced into labor in agriculture, industry, domestic service, and even war. It's not just slave-like conditions. They are slaves, without ownership or control of their own person. I expect that is precisely what these children are living under.

How can we end it world wide ...and get these kids/especially girls in school instead? How can we care more?
