Americans' Confidence in Congress Falls to Lowest on Record

Source: Gallup

Americans' confidence in Congress as an institution is down to 10%, ranking the legislative body last on a list of 16 societal institutions for the fourth straight year. They're doing the bidding of their corporate masters, and that is ALL that matters.

I'm trying to squash that gnat on my screen again.

What makes it worse, is there's a real one flying around in here too.

Ever since I can remember, the approval rating for Congress has been very low. That really doesn't matter anyway because, even though people hate Congress, they love their own member. It's that last detail that insures nothing will change, especially now with computer-assisted gerrymandering.

Can they suck hard enough to break math? Stay tuned to find out!

I'm actually more interested in what 10% said yes and why. People with a really good congressperson that thought the question was asking about their specific guy? People that think constant fuckups are entertaining? Did 10% just say yes to everything?

Kind of sad though. If we didn't have a bunch of nuts running around he would've polled 0% +/-3% with all demographics.

Is this another case of believing everyone else is the problem, but not the local congresscritter? We've heard that often enough in the past!
