Source: Arrest Warrant Issued For Aaron Hernandez

Source: CBS Boston

Patriots tight end Aaron Hernandez will be charged in connection with the shooting death of a 27-year-old Dorchester man, a law enforcement source told WBZ NewsRadio 1030 on Friday.

According to that source, an arrest warrant has been issued on a charge of obstruction of justice.

It is expected that State Police will be responsible for arresting Hernandez, but it is not yet clear when and where Hernandez was going to be arrested.

Destroying his cell phone and security system is evidence tampering and obstruction of justice. In relation to a murder case that will get you a few years in jail easy.

if a search warrant had been issued before the destruction on his cell phone and security system, if no warrant had been issued and served before said destruction, then no crime has been committed and he's free to do what he wants with them.

we'll soon find out. This young man has a tough road ahead of him, wouldn't want to be in his shoes.
Hope he's got a good lawyer.
