Malaysia Airlines missing jet: Thailand gives radar data 10 days after plane lost

Source: Sydney Morning Herald

The plane later turned right, toward Butterworth, a Malaysian city along the Strait of Malacca. The radar signal was infrequent and did not include any data such as the flight number.

Butterworth has a military airport with 11,000 foot runway and entrance over water. This again suggests a catastrophic event and pilot attempting to get to closest safe landing.

Seems to be more concern about power and control, than those 239 human beings.

This thing is a mess.
