FBI, ATF releasing sketch of suspect in NAACP bombing and offering a $10,000 reward

Source: ABC 7 News Denver

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. - Federal and local agents are releasing a composite sketch of the person who may have set off an improvised explosive outside an NAACP office in Colorado Springs.

They shared the sketch during a Friday afternoon press conference involving the FBI, ATF, El Paso County Sheriff, Colorado Springs Police Chief and Fountain Police Chief.

Created from witness descriptions, the individual depicted in the sketch was described as a white man who is about 40-years-old and balding. He may be driving a 2000 or older model dirty, white pickup truck with paneling, a dark-colored bed liner, open tailgate, and a missing or covered license plate.

He "was in the area at the time of the bombing and seemed to have some involvement," said FBI Special Agent In Charge Thomas Ravenelle. "He carried something down the alley just prior to the bombing and returned to his truck empty-handed at the time of the explosion."

This is really important and with all that has gone in in France, I am really concerned this isn't getting the attention it needs.

And unfortunately, your point extends superbly to other things. Wonder what the GOP on Capitol Hill were up to, while we were all distracted by the terrorism in France? I imagine it's something foul. They are domestic terrorists, so they know all about striking the unsuspecting.

This is the sort of suspect I would expect to bomb a black church.

planning another attack. And the media used to make a big deal of such things, now they don't want to talk about it.
