Brown's decision that Ammon Bundy and his co-ringleaders indicted in the armed takeover of the Malheur refuge can indeed be tried in Nevada while standing trial in Oregon signals that justice will not wait — least of all for the brazen occupiers who kept Harney County folks waiting for so long.

Lawyers representing Bundy and four other indicted men had argued to Brown that dual criminal cases — one, to be tried in Las Vegas, stems from deeds alleged to have been committed on Bundy's father's ranch in 2014 — would hamper their ability to meaningfully communicate with their clients ...
