Real Patriots Clean Up After Themselves

When .. gun-toting yahoos took hold of the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge .. this January, it seemed the ragtag group .. couldn’t last long. But despite community outrage, national disgust with the occupiers and their incomprehensible demands .. the group managed to hole up for 41 days ... Even after their holdout, and some patience on the part of authorities .. the situation ended in the death of a ..member of the .. group, .. arrests, and extensive damage to the ..  refuge ...

... The cost of picking up ... is estimated to total $4 million. While many conservatives and self-styled patriots trumpet values of personal responsibility and rugged self-sufficiency, it looks like these occupiers just made a big mess and left it for others to clean up, pretty much shitting where they ate ...

“I don’t think the photos do it justice,” Jason Holm, a spokesman for .. Fish and Wildlife .. told the New York Times ... Holm added: “We’ve had to actually repaint buildings with specialized paint because they smell so bad” ...

There’s an important point here, one that all proud Americans of age 5 and older can be expected to observe: Real patriots clean up after themselves.

If they hadn't been nabbed in that traffic stop, they'd likely have killed themselves off with their ow filth.

Hell, even Stone Age people in villages knew enough to dig latrines.

2. Reminder - their entire sales pitch was "we would manage that land better than the government"

The next time some group of self-proclaimed "patriots" pulls a stunt like this (and there will be a next time) I hope somebody pulls these pictures out again and reminds everybody how they "manage" land.
