"Bizarre" doesn't begin to describe this porky child-man with the third grade vocabulary and grasp of world events who stunningly enough seems to think he knows everything and isn't afraid to share it.
The Scots, in the meantime, are having great fun on Twitter and other social media. "A stroppy, barmy sunburned badger’s arse" was about the kindest thing I've seen posted about him today. They do have a way with words.
