BuzzFeed Exposes Corporate "Super Courts" That Can Overrule Government

Courts so powerful, neither citizens nor governments can appeal the rulings.

Excellent article by Dave Johnson

Folks, we really got to get together and create a plan of action as concerned citizens to stop this fascist corporate takeover by the oligarchs of the US of A.

What say you???

They'd just point out that the "super courts" are court-like mechanisms set up and authorized by the governments involved, with the consent and complicity of the government.

In other words, a government goes back on its word or does something that it's said it won't do and it can be held liable under the terms and conditions it said it would be subject to.

Imagine that, a mechanism for actually holding politicians liable for lying and forcing them to keep their commitments freely entered into. Next thing you know we'll have contracts that can be enforced.

The world as we know it will cease to exist. Hydrogen bonding will vanish, we'll have 5 base pairs in our DNA, snails will mate with alligators and produce lilies, and protons will orbit a nucleus containing electrons, and do so in an entirely deterministic way.

There is nothing to worry about in the TPP. It is good. Corporations are good. Do you want to pay more money for things? The TPP is good.
