Will Acting Attorney General Be Fired Tonight? Tells Justice DeptTrump Muslim Ban Indefensible

Talk about hearkening back to the days of Nixon and Watergate...the acting Attorney General has just told the Justice Department not to defend Donald J. Trump's MUSLIM BAN in the courts, believes the Executive Order is indefensible...this news breaking in just the last hour. Which then begs the question...will, and how soon will the Buffoon in Chief fire this long time career Justice Department Official as he tries to find someone who will do his dirty work?

The language is simple. Look it up. Wikipedia has an entry.

It's not "religion-based", but country-of-origin based. It is still relevant and applicable.

In order to bypass this law legally, Trumpy will have to nullify it through declaring an emergency through the Patriot Act, which sets martial law in motion. That's the logic of the situation. And Bannon/Trump WILL go there.

But Trump is in between a rock and a hard place.

To get a FISA (terrorism) search warrant the application must be approved by the "Attorney General" As defined in the statute, this must be a person actually confirmed by the Senate. She is the last person left who meets this requirement. Fire her and terrorism investigation will grind to a halt until Sessions (or her replacement) is confirmed.

If Trump throws a tantrum, he lends a helping hand to terrorists.
