Calls for $100 oil are back -'We're nowhere near the end of this rally' Michael Selby-Green Oct. 2, 2018, 09:12 AM *Iran supply fears will help drive oil "certainly" past $90 and likely above $100 in the coming months, Richard Mallinson, energy and geopolitics expert and co-founder of Energy Aspects told Business Insider. *Venezuela "played a really important role in accelerating the shift in the market" as well since 2016 "We’re nowhere near the end of this rally," Mallinson told Business Insider. *Major oil traders in late September forecasted oil at $100. Brent reached $85 per barrel today. The price of oil will "certainly" go above $90 and is likely to spike above $100 in the coming months, as sanctions on Iran tighten an already stretched global oil supply says one expert. "We’re nowhere near the end of this rally," Richard Mallinson, energy and geopolitics expert and co-founder of Energy Aspects told Business Insider. Read More at Link^ Be prepared. Wasn't this one of the goals in seating Trump? Question is where Russia belongs in this big picture, & which Of the complicit in the Senate & House was promised shares in Russia's Roseneft. Note that Trump wants to stall the rapid rise in oil/gasoline prices until after the midterms. The Blowback would kinda Suck, eh Trump?

2. Oh definately Trump's fault. With a lot of Putin aded in also.
Why Putin desperately wanted those US Sanctions lifted, in part also.
There are critical factors at play behind the scene with this, & the instability of the entire oil move is unnerving. |

3. Diesel Prices in PA This Weekend
Saw $3.499 and $3.829 within several hundred feet of one another. Filled up my tank figuring the higher price was coming sooner rather than later. This disparity/hike isn't even a blip on the news feed. Figured truckers would be up in arms for a +$0.30/gal hike or the local papers would be making a stink.

4. If it makes 'merica great again, they're for it.
Remember the quotes from dumb-ass farmers who agreed a sacrifice in their soybean price is good because it will make the U.S. strong?

8. I think last time Oil hit $100 pb, gas prices were over $4 at the pump
Higher in some States too.
Transportation of goods, flight & travel costs, and simply driving the commute to work & home as well as family or personal outings were curbed when pump prices reflected theat $100 pb price tag. Add in Trump's coming tariffs & we can see an entire section of middle class society drop to below that standard. Trump policies have completely ignored the effects & cost to a large swath of society. A society that is simply irrelevant to his greed & goals. American wealth is being continuously being moved to the elite top. The issue of oil dominence began in full force with Bush 1 & 2. The suprise elections of Bill Clinton & Barack Obama simply delayed what the Bush's first set out to accomplish. |
