Leave it. No changes. No substitutes.

I received my ballot recently, and there is one judicial candidate who has announced her impending resignation, but her name will still appear on the ballot. They can't change horses in the middle of the stream. The presidential candidate would have to be a write-in for those who have not yet voted.

Trump’s name will remain on the ballot. People can and will vote for him, even if he’s dead. But the actual Republican electors will vote for Pence instead of Trump (if Trump is dead or incapacitated). They are free to vote for whomever they want. If Trump dies, they will vote for Pence instead.

Of course, this whole scenario is moot because Biden/Harris is going to CRUSH Trump/Pence in a little over four weeks.

“We’re in the final stages of the presidential election. What happens if a candidate withdraws or dies?”
