(58,785 posts)in various ways as information and its dissemination are both exploding...beyond exponentially, by far most of it happening outside libraries and either openly available or by subscription. Libraries have been morphing big time of necessity anyway. We need to make sure the changes serve us even better than before and we don't lose what we shouldn't.
