Taco Bell Worker Shot Dead by Drive-Thru Customer After Rejecting Counterfeit Money: Police

Xander Landen - Yesterday 4:26 PM

Police in Los Angeles say that a man shot and killed a Taco Bell employee after the worker refused to accept a fake bill as payment on Saturday evening.

A spokesperson for the Los Angeles Police Department told Newsweek that the victim, a 41-year-old man, was shot multiple times and pronounced dead at the scene.

The incident occurred just before 11 p.m. on Saturday, when the shooter, who was driving a black sedan, attempted to use a counterfeit bill at the drive-thru window of the restaurant. The employee declined, and the suspect opened fire before fleeing the location, police said.

. . .

Police haven't made any arrests in connection with the killing and say that the suspect is at large. The police spokesperson said the department didn't have any additional information about the shooting Saturday night.

Surely they have film or camera coverage of this. There are security cameras everywhere these days.

How awful.

Mexico is a shit-hole country and they don't have the sophisticated electronic stuff we have here. So to replicate the experience of a Mexican eatery, there would be no surveillance equipment.

Yes, Agnes. It's sarcasm. Its a reference to when a U.S. president listed shit-hole countries so as we would know which ones to keep people out of from.

Working in the fast food industry is such a thankless job already, and I hope they find the motherfucker who valued his shitty, disposable value meal over a human life.....
