And so there is an important lesson to learn from the history of fascist lies. When dealing with propagandists, independent journalists cannot assume they are honest actors. Rather, they need to recognize that they are dishonest players who only want to promote their lies rather than answer fact-based questions to inform the public.

could not stop interviewing him, thus giving him a forum to spew his filth. But it keeps on happening every time a network or other media outlet covers any part of his hate rallies. I just wish it would stop. No need to cover him until his trial or another indictment.

show did the same thing. While he was running for president, he would call in and Matt Lauer would allow him on air to speak. I would always turn the channel when that happened. I at times wondered if he was friends with trump and was trying to help him win.
