So Wisconsin’s governor put this on twitter last night:

I was not tweeting when this one was initially fired from his keyboard. I was reading about downed power lines and trees on facebook and was particularly concerned that a friend in Mount Horeb said there were tornadoes in the area. Wisconsin got some powerful rains in southern counties last night but instead of fretting about the danger and afermath, apparently Scott Walker was presupposing that a mythical boat he learned about in Sunday school might not be constructed by government.

I am thankful to the twitterati of last night who did not find the very essence of their being sucked dry by the thought that Wisconsin’s highest elected leader is this daft. Many of the responses people were/are tweeting to Walker are simply puzzlements like “huh?” or “what?”. A large selection are a variation on the realization that “This guy is a governor” with some in ALL-CAPS a la “THIS IS A GOVERNOR” –an expression of profound dismay.
