CBO revised estimate of cost of ACA is lower.

CBO new estimate of cost of ACA

But the CBO didn't figure in the savings when the movement against a mandate on taxpayers to cover the Disproportionate Share Hospital program payments to states opting out of ACA. I don't think I should pay any taxes to support the DSH program (which compensates hospitals for uncompensated care of people who can't pay for it) in those states which opt out of ACA. I figure that's a mandate that can't be enforced.
